3Ci is seeking a highly skilled Lead UX Designer with a proven track record to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and creating user-centered digital experiences for one or more eCommerce or mobile products. This position requires a thorough understanding of user-centered design methodologies, enterprise software, and working with complex experiences.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with user research to understand target audience needs and pain points.Translate user needs and business requirements into compelling experiences.Work closely with product, software engineering, and other designers.Create user flows, storyboards, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes using design software (Figma).Participate in user testing to validate and improve designs.Coach and mentor designers, providing guidance on best practices, design processes, and UX design principles.Proactively identify and communicate risks & issues and mitigate.Improve existing team design processes & methods.Desired Qualifications & Experiences:

Bachelor's degree (or alternative bootcamp) in UX Design, HCI, HCD, or related field.Minimum 5 years of work experience.Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and process.Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Experience working in a functioning agile software development environment.Experience working with enterprise software.Experience working in design for eCommerce, retail, and/or supply chain.Plan/Work Schedule:

3 days onsite (Tuesday thru Thursday)Project Details:
