The Marketing Cloud Manager is responsible for understanding business requirements and delivering high quality technical solutions that empower the Direct-to-Consumer Marketing team to fully utilize Marketing Cloud to support our clients' e-commerce programs. The marketing solution involves Salesforce integration within an order-related platform utilizing triggering criteria, logic, prioritization, personalization & messaging. You will build automated campaigns, connect data between platforms, and empower marketing to effectively utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud.To succeed in this role, you will need a good mix of strategic, development and technical skills along with solid platform and domain knowledge. You will be responsible for automated marketing campaign solution design, documentation, and technical build. You should have a technical vision and proactively offer a point of view and set of recommendations to optimize the design and operations in Marketing Cloud.Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with campaign managers and clients to understand the marketing technology needs and translate them into solutions.Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and technology providers to support the ongoing evolution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Work with data, analytics, and campaign teams to develop complex email automation rules / triggers, personalized workflows, and list segmentation.Train and mentor other team members so they are empowered to fully utilize Marketing Cloud.Bridge data from CRM and multiple integrated internal sources.Provide inputs related to the use of data between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM marketing efforts to enhance targeted campaign strategies.Configure automations in Automation Studio including SQL Queries.Troubleshoot any solution challenges raised by campaign managers.Manage support level resolution in a timely manner.Champion and lead multiple projects related to the management and usage of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Ensure Marketing’s efforts are within compliance of internal governance and legal requirements.Establish, maintain, and optimize scalable marketing processes.Understand enterprise database design and create ERD diagrams that complement the data schemas required by the proposed solution.Manage solution-related documentation.Implement best practices for marketing. Increase campaign efficiency, engagement, and effectiveness through optimal use of the marketing database.Develop proofs-of-concept to validate solution feasibility.Maintain current knowledge about the SFMC platform and other relevant technologies in the digital marketing space.Job Requirements:

3-5 years of Marketing Cloud experience including experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions, Email Studio, and in general persona driven, multi-segment and lead generation campaigns.Bachelor's degree in a related field.Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification.Proven expertise in use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journeys.Demonstrable history of working in complex data environments and integrations such as a CRM.SQL proficiency.Other Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications such as architectural or administrative preferred.Experience with HTML / CSS / Javascript development, particularly in web forms preferred.Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs preferred.Demonstrable experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Communities, or Salesforce data models preferred.Must be authorized to work in the U.S.Must be able to successfully pass a background check.Company Benefits:
