JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional business units to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactical plans ensuring timely and effective implementation, including communications, digital marketing, lead generation, and brand championship.

Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, including task assignment, workload management, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently by creating budgets, forecasts, and overseeing expenditures.

Utilize data analytics to measure the performance of marketing initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business.

5 years of experience in marketing and online communications.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to develop marketing strategies and on- and off-line marketing collateral.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in marketing for professional services, engineering, or aerospace.

Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and/or Gainsight.

Experience with B2B and B2C.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to travel 20% of the time.

Ability to work for long periods at a computer/desk.

Standard office environment.
