About You

You are a creative Graphic Designer with a passion for quality design, innovative ideas, and ability to produce marketing materials for a high-production team focused on multifamily real estate. You will work closely with all team members daily to create and implement high-impact design and marketing solutions for both internal marketing efforts and our clients.In this role, you will…

Concept and coordinate with the Senior Graphic Designer on the design of property-specific marketing materials, logos, books, brochures, and branded packages for clients.Collaborate with Senior Graphic Designer to identify innovation opportunities on both internal and client projects by staying current with design, marketing, and tech trends.Design and manage email campaigns for properties, effectively streamlining and utilizing our contact database for marketing communications.Design compelling proposals for clients, update existing proposals, and/or edit aerial photo stills, ensuring the proposals and design elements look consistent and current.Graphically enhance aerials by adding logos, outlining property, traffic counts, etc.Assist Senior Graphic Designer on process optimization to better enable design production.What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or Marketing.Minimum of 1 years’ experience creating marketing campaigns and collateral.Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Experience in both print and digital design / production is essential for this role.Attention to details and a positive attitude with professionalism regarding time, costs, and adhering to deadlines.Adept at application of brand standards and creation of visual systems.Experience with designing and managing e-mail marketing efforts.Make your next move an expert one and
