Our vast, sustainable product offerings can be found in diverse markets such as workplace, healthcare, hospitality, education, and multi-family dwellings; supporting the spaces in which we work, learn, live, play, and heal.The marketing manager role is essential for the continued growth of our business, diving deep into market segment activities and working across our marketing, design, and sales organization to develop projects and tools both for internal and external use and driving marketing segment projects including product launches. We’re looking for someone who is sharp, social, and highly motivated to manage the chaos that comes with a fast-paced, innovative, and design-centric organization. The marketing manager works closely with the marketing director to drive cohesion through all activities and interactions. Responsibilities will be for the oversight of planning, development, and implementation of Shaw Contract segment-related marketing activities including events, tradeshows, and special requests to enhance the customer experience. The Marketing Manager partners with sales account managers to develop targeted communications and solutions-based tools to impact our clients.What You'll Be Doing:Product introductions including supporting materials, photoshoots, launch kits, deadline and resource management.Interface with internal and external customers to drive segment marketing projects.Work with external agencies and marketing services.Identify internal and external resources with skill sets to accomplish projects.Manage workflow, schedule, and traffic of projects from concept to completion to ensure timelines and budgets are met.Produce activity and measurement reports for the team.Assist in measurement, tracking, and reporting on segment marketing budgets.Competencies:Facilitate ChangeBuild Trusting RelationshipsDeliver Compelling CommunicationPlan and OrganizeDemonstrate Customer OrientationExecute Action PlanJob Requirements:4-year business, marketing degree or relevant experience.Must be willing to travel up to 20%.Clear and concise written and verbal communication & relationship building skills.Excellent problem solver with good attention to detail.Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills.Marketing and/or product development experience in the flooring industry desired.Well-developed, effective project management skills.Good presentation skills.Work Shift:
