They are responsible for working closely with our sales organization and with customers across all channels and segments to gather market insights. These insights will drive key marketing initiatives to elevate the Shaw Contract brand and drive revenue, informing the strategic plan for Shaw Contract Design Services, StudioOne.Additionally, the Sr. Insights & Operations Manager provides insights and expert information (e.g., the potential to monetize design services, the future of client connectivity, the impact of sampling, etc.) to other team members to influence strategy, tools, and engagement across the organization. This role enables others to act with knowledge and ensures alignment across all departments that support our StudioOne services, including CDS, Visualization, Digital, Creative Team, Product Development, and Sales. Coaching and developing talent are key drivers for the role, enabling each team member to both meet current objectives and prepare for future challenges.This individual is also responsible for managing the department budget, including working with other team members, Sourcing, and Accounting, to provide monthly updates on projected vs actual spend at the project level and in total.The leader in the role will also take ownership of key Shaw Contract initiatives, including technical products, marketing materials, and any other business drivers.Essential Duties:

Develop and execute long-range strategic plan for Shaw Contract Design Services, StudioOne.Actively gather customer insights and input to assess market needs. Utilize this data to inform the long-term strategy, goals, priorities, tools, and services.Develop metrics to evaluate the success of StudioOne.Quarterly reporting on StudioOne data/metrics.Responsible for the overall StudioOne customer experience.Develop key organizational relationships and align all teams/departments involved in the StudioOne experience.Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to develop and drive brand sustainability strategy & messaging.Partner with the Sustainability Council to gather market insights to help inform the brand sustainability strategy.Oversee dealer initiatives for the brand.Manage marketing actual vs budget analysis reporting.Work closely with Segment Directors on marketing segment budgets & priorities.Coach & develop direct reports using PX as a framework.Other Requirements:

4-year degree.7+ years of marketing experience.Well-developed, effective project management skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Strong problem-solving and organization skills.Must be detail-oriented.Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team-driven environment.Advanced ability to identify creative solutions.Strong presentation skills.Competencies:
