Social Media Producer

office. This position will work with other members of the social media department with an emphasis in social video content ideation and creation, as well as content deployment and reporting for clients in the hospitality, travel and entertainment industries. This person will support strategic social media marketing plans and take the lead on social-first video development.Duties and Responsibilities

Work with social media team and client(s) to execute social media strategies specific to travel and tourism.Lead the overarching strategy, development and deployment of social-first video content.Work alongside social media and creative team members to develop impactful content ideas and concepts that extend marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.Deploy communication and aid in the delivery of overall social strategy.Execute high-quality social-first shoots and develop social-first video to help grow client(s) social media presence.Assist with content scheduling, publishing, and real-time engagement as needed.Assist in social media reporting on a monthly basis for clients that includes an analysis of current social activity and future marketing recommendations based on trend data.Monitor industry news and trends and assist in brainstorming ways to leverage these trends to keep social content timely and fresh.Assist with daily client communication.Deliver projects on time and within budget.Innovate with new social video production techniques and approaches to stay ahead of the ever-changing landscape.Experience working with content for social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest and X.Experience filming high-quality, short-form vertical video.Comfortable in front of camera, should it be needed.Ability to record and incorporate voiceover audio into social video.Ability to communicate clearly in the proper social media “voice” and “tone.”Strong creative writing skills.An understanding of all forms of social media interactions.Is imaginative and loves to create and experiment.An understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and its application across social.Experience working with social creative editing platforms such as Canva and CapCut.Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.Must be passionate about social media and on top of industry best practices and trends.Knowledge of social media marketing tools.Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.Very high attention to detail.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.Qualifications

4-5 years experience developing social media content and video.Prior advertising agency experience is preferred.Travel industry experience or knowledge a plus.Experience working independently and ability to move projects forward.Strong knowledge of social media landscape and current trends.Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.Proven track record of driving impactful outcomes through organic social.Must live in Denver and be willing to work in a hybrid position.Budgeted Salary: 60-65kMMGY Global provides a comprehensive PTO + benefits package inclusive of a hybrid telework policy.
