The

Marketing Manager

is responsible for the development of our annual marketing plan, the orchestration of strategic creative efforts, and the development of marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of DRI Duck across all business divisions.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.Extract key insights from campaign reporting for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.Responsible for the creation of the monthly DTC promotional plan. This requires close collaboration with our Customer Experience Supervisor to determine how the plan will execute for the greatest chance of promotion/customer success.Lead weekly creative workflow to manage evergreen and promotional campaigns for DTC marketing (i.e., promo-planning and marketing meetings).Develop compelling content to ensure consistent, integrated delivery of the brand story, position, and key message across all channels.Responsible for maintaining a clear brand voice to deliver copywriting for products, blog, social media, emails, and video:Write SEO-rich long-form content (blogs and product copy) for the consumer website.Write copy for all paid advertising based on the brand strategy.Create headlines, subheadings, subject lines, and preview texts for email initiatives.Analyze effectiveness of paid advertising, email, and social campaigns and adjust to meet goals.Manage influencer budget and negotiate and approve all advertising partnership contracts.Responsible for reporting annual coop agreements to the finance team, along with coop tracking and invoice approvals for sampling and advertising campaigns.Collaborate with Corporate sales team to determine participation level at each tradeshow. Negotiate booth contracts with show organizers and booth companies.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.Proven experience in marketing, with at least 5-7 years in a marketing leadership role.Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Strong leadership and team management skills.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.We believe a complete benefit package is important and provides our employees with a level of comfort and security for themselves and their families.
