Sales Cloud Content Operations Marketing Manager

that has a passion for Content Operations, Data Analytics, managing dashboards and reports.Responsibilities:

Own our content operations tool, Optimizely, including workflow configurations, stakeholder enablement & adoption, user questions & support, user maintenance, audits & data cleaning, taxonomy alignment & documentation and platform governance.Collect and analyze data across our content marketing efforts, including content, social, and influencers, to inform and influence content strategy.Create and maintain dashboards and weekly analytics reporting to provide actionable insights and recommendations on content optimization.Monitor SEO trends and Google Analytics metrics to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.Assist in setting KPIs for content marketing and track the ROI of various content and community initiatives.Support community lead in production support as needed.Skills:

5+ years of experience in data analysis, content operations, or a related field.Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics and Tableau.Experience administering a SaaS tool, ideally a CMS or CMP, and keen aptitude for picking up new technology.Strong communications, project, time and task management skills.Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate data insights.Extraordinary attention to detail and organization skills.Experience with Google Suite and Slack.Experience working with remote and diverse teams across regions and departments.Duration:
