Summary

Helps establish Reputable Recruiting as the premier (5-Star Rated) recruiting brand for executive, retained, and managed search, along with the achievement of the company mission and vision. Drives branding through buyer journey content distribution, improves engagement, and awareness. Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end email marketing campaigns. This includes managing email lists, developing content, split testing messaging (A/B testing), and leveraging web technologies to drive sales/revenue. Your innovative ideas and deep understanding of customer engagement will be instrumental in promoting our brand, delivering insights and updates to select audiences, ensuring strong customer relationships, and driving company revenue/sales.

DUTIES

List Management

Works with Sales/Recruiting teams and conducts research to understand buyer types, traits, habits, and attitudes.Develops target lists and participates in further segmentation to improve messaging and response rates.Participates in growing and updating lists and ensuring contact records are updated and accurate.Content Development

Develops or leads the development of various marketing assets/content: JPG, GIF, Video, Blogs, Case Studies, Infographics, eBooks, and Email Campaigns/playbooks.Contributes to the development of buyer journey content for each of the target buyer personas.Develops promotional campaigns, promotions, and suggestions to stimulate response, open, & click rates.Understands the importance of grammar, spelling, clarity, and keywords for effective messaging & SEO value.Develops annual content calendar and buyer journeys for all digital media channels.Researches topics and trends to fuel creative content development for all marketing channels and methods.Engagement Practices

Develops marketing strategy in alignment with the enterprise and sales strategies.Leverages marketing automation tools and implements best practices designed to improve conversions.Develops KPI’s for measuring campaign performance.Implements lead scoring strategies/best practices.Leads efforts related to Social Media Advertising, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, etc.Performs analysis of marketing related data, including Google Analytics, Click Through Rates, Reply Rates, Open Rates.Analyzes email deliverability to improve campaign performance.Tracks marketing ROI based on revenue generated from marketing campaigns and lead conversions.Researches, studies, analyzes, and experiments with new engagement strategies, systems, tools, and tactics.Works with 3rd party/gig economy resources through platforms such as Fiverr and/or Upwork.Manages company social media pages.Technologies

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (preferred)Proven work experience in email marketing, particularly with ActiveCampaignSkilled in leveraging and administering the technologies and practices noted aboveExperience with best practices related to Google Analytics (SEO, Keywords, SEM, Page Rank, Unique Visitors)Skilled in data acquisition and analytics, ideally leveraging BI tools for visual analytics (ex.
