Email Marketing Manager Reports To: Senior Director of Growth Marketing Employment Type: Full Time, FSLA Status: Exempt, EEO Category: First/Mid-Level Officials and Managers The Impact you Will Have: As the Email Marketing Manager you will lead the email marketing team at Crucial Learning to ensure smooth email campaign execution, maintain brand alignment, and handle advanced email list segmentation. In your role, you will lead a team of email specialists to execute on the marketing campaign plan using email and landing page creation and delivery. Your role will also include assisting on Marketo projects, managing these in a project management capacity to improve our operations, processes, templates, and data. A part of your role will involve working with and managing relationships with external vendors to ensure timely completion of complex projects. You will be tracking campaign performance and driving improvements through clear insights. Your role also includes making sure we comply with email regulations and stay updated with industry best practices. Finally, your proficiency in Marketo, along with your technical skills, will enhance our email design and program functionality, contributing to our overall marketing success. What You'll Do: * Execute and manage email campaigns in Marketo to ensure effectiveness and brand alignment. * Lead a team of marketing specialists - ensuring effective execution of marketing email and landing page campaigns. * Develop and implement advanced segmentation of email lists. * Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to optimize our email marketing efforts. * Ensure compliance with email regulations and standards. * Develop skills in HTML, CSS, and email design to enhance our email presentations. * Collaborate with the team to achieve our collective marketing goals. * Maintain an organized approach to work, showcasing strong project management skills. What You'll Need: * 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations, email marketing, or a related area. * Proven experience in managing successful email campaigns in Marketo. * People leadership experience a plus. * A good understanding of data and its role in effective marketing. * Excellent communication skills, able to coordinate and work well with a team. * Project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. * A commitment to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. * The capability and willingness to develop new skills, such as HTML, CSS, and email design. * Must be able to attend in-person...
