At TalentPop, we specifically focus on working with leading E-Commerce companies to provide a White-Glove Solution to their Customer Experience needs. Currently partnered with huge E-Commerce software providers like Gorgias, Attentive, and Route and working with top brands including CorePower Yoga, Beyond Meat, and Rip Curl — we have over 500 active accounts and are looking for a marketing expert to help us continue to spread the word on our solution.YOUR MISSION AT TALENTPOP:Provide education via social channels, ads, email marketing campaigns, etc. on why TalentPop is the best in class customer service solution for E-Commerce businesses. You’ll be in charge of defining and executing strategies across multiple channels to ensure companies who are in need of a Customer Experience Solution are well-educated on TalentPop’s service offering and the importance of elevating the customer experience for their customers.Marketing Manager Tasks: Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesThis includes but is not limited to:Efficiently oversee and coordinate marketing initiatives in collaboration with our internal, offshore, and contracted teams, ensuring timely completion and optimal execution (Initiatives can include Cold Email Outreach Campaigns, Paid Ads, Inbound Marketing, Partner Marketing, etc.)Evaluate and enhance existing marketing processes, identifying opportunities for streamlining.Compile comprehensive marketing reports and collaborate with the team to ensure their ongoing accuracy and relevance.Maintain a well-organized system for marketing initiatives & tasks, processes, and assets using Notion.Review and proofread workflows/automations, email campaigns, graphic assets, newsletters, success stories, and social media posts, ensuring adherence to our branding guidelines and maintaining high-quality standards.Assist the Marketing Operations Manager and Director of Sales in various marketing tasks as required.Proactively identify and explore opportunities for the growth and enhancement of marketing strategies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our overall marketing efforts.Our Ideal Applicant1+ years experience in any form of marketing.Excellent written and communication skills.Extremely organized.Strong knowledge of marketing best practices.Understanding of Marketing Automation Tools (Zapier, Hubspot Automation).Experience in setting & executing on impactful marketing strategies across multiple channels.Data-driven mindset with a hunger to test new ideas & optimize strategy based on daily, weekly, and monthly analytical results.Passion for learning — willingness to learn every day.Experience with E-Commerce (not required but a BIG BONUS).Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.Resourceful, proactive, and communicative; willing to take on multiple tasks and wear different hats when needed!A keen eye for design and ability to maintain brand standards.Proficient with Google Workspace (Google Sheet, Google Docs, Google Form).Compensation Structure$60,000 - $90,000 Salary + Bonus based on performance.BenefitsUnlimited PTO.PPO Health Insurance + Dental Insurance/Vision.401k Match.TalentPop Corporate Wellness Program.Monthly team outings where we strengthen social bonds (once the health situation allows it, we will be doing a yearly company trip internationally!).Why join us?We're one of the fastest-growing e-commerce agencies.Work with a collaborative team and environment.A multitude of chances for team growth from within the organization.
