Experience
At least 8-10 years of experience in project management.Proven experience in managing complex communication projects, preferably in the ACF or other Federal Government Agencies.Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is highly desirable.Roles And Responsibilities
Provide overall project management leadership and oversight.Identify and assign resources, including sub-vendors and service providers.Implement and follow industry best practices, standards, and methodologies.Facilitate communication between the government and contractor.Utilize ITIL methodologies in the program management structure.Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP).Organize and lead project kick-off meetings and orientation sessions.Ensure compliance with contractual requirements.Track and manage project activities, schedules, and costs.Provide regular status reports and participate in progress reviews.Collaborate with FYSB staff and coordinate tasks according to program direction.
