This position acts as a liaison among Kessler portfolio properties, and corporate and outside vendors. The Marketing Manager must cultivate strong relationships with partners on the property to ensure that we are providing appropriate support.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESManage all communications and projects between the JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District, properties, and third parties to keep all communications succinct and ensure all projects are completed on time.This includes integration with internal departments, PR Agency, Creative Agency, Corporate Kessler Marketing, etc.Manage all content, imagery, and accuracy across all platforms not limited to websites, intranets, and platforms.Assisting with communications with all agencies, brands, and internal stakeholders as directed by the Director of Marketing.Collaborate with various departments to keep communication in alignment within the marketing team.Assisting with projects as assigned by Executive Committee members.Implement PR strategy to include liaison to a PR agency, award strategy, news management, and media sites/visits.Management of creative agencies to include status calls, project submissions, final approval process, and distribution within timelines.Creation and distribution of quarterly WIN Deck.Ad hoc reporting as directed.Management of Marketing calendars; newsletters, campaigns, and brand holidays.Primary contact for property events to publicize timely notifications and marketing messages.Organize weekly marketing meetings according to the approved agenda.Management and archival of all online Marketing materials.Social Media support to include oversight of IG stories, community management, FB events, and any other social media engines.As with any position, the tasks and responsibilities may differ from time to time as the role develops.
