We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our small, but mighty marketing team. Reporting to our Sr. Vice President - Marketing, you’ll:

Create promotional, marketing, and educational content from start to finish including ideation, writing copy, creating graphics, and overseeing the production and execution for a variety of audiences and a variety of traditional and digital media including direct mail, email, online/mobile banking platforms, website, social media, etc.Plan, create, coordinate, and deploy all email marketing efforts.Develop social media strategy and plan, create, coordinate, and publish all social media content, managing ongoing campaigns as well as day-to-day activities. You’ll work with the SVP-Marketing as well as internal stakeholders to create and implement relevant content/campaigns supporting corporate goals while improving social engagement, building communities with target audiences, and elevating brand awareness.Actively manage the credit union website content including content creation for promotions, education, and search engine optimization.Assist the Marketing Analyst in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, site traffic, etc.) to help identify opportunities, shape future marketing strategies, and implement insights to maximize performance.Support and partner with team members and business unit leaders throughout the organization to deliver marketing content and ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and information for successful brand representation, service delivery, and product promotion.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.2+ years of content creation experience.Excellent writing, grammar, formatting, and editing skills, with proven experience tailoring content to different audiences and media.Proficient in use of Adobe Creative Suite, as well as design practices and principles for social, digital, and traditional media.Strong decision-making skills to determine appropriate tone, direction, and substance of content through the Neighbors voice and brand lens.A keen eye for detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently with little supervision.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, time management, and follow-up; ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously.Experience with email, social media and web platforms, technology, and monitoring tools.Ability to see the big picture and understanding the interdependencies with marketing.Brand zealot.

This position is full time and will be eligible for benefits, and an annual incentive plan.

Salary Range: $41,000 - $62,000, based on experience.

Schedule

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
