Manager- Marketing Analytics (US I&A)

will play a critical role in building and driving best-in-class tools and capabilities that enable Mondelez to develop breakthrough media plans and strategies that translate into short and long-term brand growth. Reporting to the Sr. Manager – Advanced Analytics (US I&A), this role requires a transformative change agent with a strong bias for action. This role will drive the marketing effectiveness measurement agenda with a strong focus (but not limited to) Marketing Mix Modelling, agile media plan tracking, and high-level BTL analytics, to provide key insights and recommendations to drive business growth and ROI improvement.The role requires someone with strong collaboration skills, bringing together and aligning cross-functional partners (Consumer Experience, Marketing Excellence, Mondelez Digital Services, and key publisher partners (e.g., Google, Meta) and Creative, Production, and Media Agencies.It also requires a combination of advanced analytics expertise in the areas of regression modelling, data analysis, and visualization, as well as strong commercial acumen to connect the dots between data, information, and business action.How You Will Contribute

You will:Develop, optimize, and measure the impact of paid, owned & earned media (TV, digital, social, eCom/DTC, sponsorships), inclusive of:Audience insightsPost-flight evaluation/analysis of business & brand impact (including Marketing Mix Modelling, Multi-touch attribution, and Return on Investment)Measure both short-term sales and long-term brand health (penetration, equity, and pricing power) and the contribution of media and other marketing levers in driving this. Provide guidance on optimizing A&C investment across the marketing mix.Challenge the status quo and drive comprehensive, end-to-end thinking about marketing effectiveness measurement framework and deploy the same in action by working with required analytics and agency partners. Help champion our data-driven media agenda and design appropriate test-and-learn approaches to prove out successful use cases.Work with cross-functional partners to identify the technology, infrastructure, data architecture & governance, and resources required to effectively embed & operationalize these long-term.In partnership with Global I&A, Mondelēz Digital Services, advance the maturity of measurement models focusing on agility and actionability.What You Will Bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters preferred5+ years in insights & analytics managerial roles, with focus on creative/media insights & analytics; either in creative/media/production agency or within a client organizationStrong expertise in leveraging data, analytics & insights (and blending different disciplines & sources together) to fuel creative development; expertise in some of the key vendors, methodologies & approaches in this area of practice, in particular Marketing Mix Modelling, Multi-Touch Attribution & Closed Loop MeasurementPassion for the media industry and a broad spectrum of knowledge about the media insights & analytics space, including familiarity with leading-edge practices & vendorsFamiliarity with running RFPs, vetting, and selecting global vendor partnersTransformative change agent with an expansive, innovative mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, thinking outside the box, challenging the status quo, and championing a progressive “test & learn” and “fail fast” mentalityAbility to work with different parties efficiently, resolving barriers to ensure workstreams are able to move forwardStrong bias for action, with a proven track record in persuasively influencing and aligning business stakeholders in a highly matrixed organizationPersuasive and effective communicator, obsessed with telling clear, compelling stories that influence stakeholders & drive action.No Relocation support available.Business Unit Summary
