Job Description SummaryWe’re looking for an experienced marketing leader of both people and projects to join the Enterprise Campaign Strategy Team. This position develops and oversees strategic marketing campaigns across the Enterprise business with a focus on driving top line sales and customer growth. The successful Senior Marketing Manager candidate is a key partner to our internal merchandising teams and works to bring omni-channel promotional and evergreen marketing campaigns to life, while keeping the customer experience in mind.Key Competencies:5-8 years of experience in Shopper Marketing, Brand Management, or Retail/Food Service Marketing role.3+ years people management experience, including identifying and coaching the team on their unique strengths and opportunities.Proven success in building omni-channel marketing campaigns encompassing traditional and digital tactics tailored to the business objectives desired.Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field.Key Responsibilities:Lead and motivate a team of 1-2 highly talented marketers and grow their partnership with internal merchandising and channel owner teams to develop and execute promotional and evergreen marketing plans.Work with the team to drive prioritization, effective and efficient brief writing, and omni-channel campaign creation.Support Campaign Strategy Team leadership with the development of promotional campaign strategy messaging and prioritization.Define and deepen opportunities for evergreen support of strategic corporate initiatives within mainstream campaigns (IE&D efforts, local vendors and suppliers, and customer value prop).Partner with Project Management team to establish and maintain a campaign channel plan documentation process.Lead quarterly business prioritization discussions with merchandising to create a business priority roadmap.Serve as the day-to-day marketing contact for the fresh lines of business requests outside of the promotional campaign process.Drive and ensure accountability for end-to-end communication of key promotional moments including sharing marketing plans and results with internal merchandising stakeholders and Campaign Strategy leadership.Partner with internal design teams on creative feedback process.Partner with merchandising and operations business leaders to provide channel expertise, champion the customer experience and ensure marketing goals and objectives are achieved.
