Marketing Manager

to join our team! This role provides leadership in the overall marketing strategy for grass roots, direct and brand marketing across multiple touch points. This position provides direction on development and implementation of new business, event, partnership and direct marketing programs for the ACA brand.What We Offer:A competitive salary commensurate with experienceAnnual Bonus + Annual Merit Increase EligibilityHybrid schedule availableHealth & Life Insurance3+ weeks of paid time off accrued during your first year401(K) plan with company match up to 7%Tuition Reimbursement and Professional Certification Opportunities.Paid time off to volunteer & company-sponsored volunteer events throughout the yearOther benefits include a free AAA Premier Membership, Health & Wellness Program, Health Concierge Service, and Short Term/Long Term DisabilityWhat You'll Do:Direct new marketing campaigns using awareness and direct tactics that drive consumers to ACA services.Lead the implementation of all tactical marketing strategies.Participate with Agency Senior leaders in strategic planning contributing to the overall vision and direction for the Insurance marketing programs.Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics to achieve targeted new sales and revenue goals and enhance renewal rate levels.Monitor actual new business results versus plan (holistically and by tactic) and respond to both positive and negative trends with revised tactics.Work closely with Business Line Managers, MBA and External Partners to track, measure and adjust existing programs or develop new, more effective tactics, as necessary.Assess existing programs and recommend strategies and tactics to help create broad impact, scalable and efficient marketing strategies to drive policy growth across ACA.Develop and manage the Insurance Marketing Budget, researching, designing and implementing marketing programs as needed in order to achieve the annual new revenue.Achieve cost efficiencies by overseeing all marketing messaging and creative to ensure consistency with the brand message.Partner with internal legal counsel for review of all marketing materials.Collaborate with Sales Managers and Business Line Leadership to create new business events, partnerships and programs.Conceive and direct new initiatives that will serve to gain exposure, generate revenue and maintain a strong brand identity for ACA.Build strategic alliances with relevant internal and external organizations and media outlet partners to optimize efficiency of marketing efforts.Work with business lines to create and implement marketing materials for ACA products including direct mail, creative assets, email programs, etc. and measure the effectiveness of each program.Oversee all programs and initiatives that transpire through the marketing services department or external partner services.Provide marketing expertise, counsel and consultation to sales managers and agents to strengthen sales efforts.Present new strategies for acquiring and retaining members/insureds to senior management.Understand and maximize target audience segmentation in marketing tactics to implement a multi-tiered audience strategy for ACA efforts.Coordinate tactical marketing programs with Corporate Marketing and Brand Awareness.Communicate with outside vendors regarding advertising and marketing.Develop and execute messaging based on the marketing customer journey (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, and Optimization).Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent in Business or related field.At least 4 years’ experience in marketing, including direct marketing, broad-based media, and digital marketing.Desktop computing skills, including the use of standard business application software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, MAC Quark, Adobe desktop publishing, etc.).Ability to work as a team member with all levels of management, as well as outside vendors, suppliers and club partners.AAA Club Alliance (ACA) is an equal opportunity employer.Our investment in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:At ACA, we are committed to cultivating a welcoming and inclusive workplace of team members with diverse backgrounds and experiences to enable us to meet our goals and support our values while serving our Members and customers.
