About our Customer Marketing Manager role.You’ll lead the development of strategies and communications templates that ensure offering adoption, training, brand value (eg Membership), product features and identify customers ideal for migration to right-fit solutions. This includes transactional communications to the base such as billing info, price changes, updates to T&Cs, and leveraging those moments as opportunities to communicate value.The Medium Segment role will focus on marketing to Sage’s medium customer base who are primarily financial leaders in medium-sized companies. Knowledge of or familiarity with buyer groups, field sales activities and partner go-to-market strategies will be helpful for this role.About The TeamThe Customer Marketing Craft is responsible for marketing to Sage’s customer base with the objective of driving the understanding and use of Sage’s solutions, growing customer revenue share of wallet through cross-sell and upsell, reducing churn, increasing product usage and engaging and motivating customers to advocate for Sage with their peers by acting as a reference, referral source and reviewer.Summary of your day to day.You will educate customers on the features and benefits of their solution to create product value wins over time and collect product usage insights and feed them back to PMM and training teams. You will also expand relationships with customers through branded value propositions like Membership, and customer forums and communities alongside working with Marketing Data to apply propensity models and predictive analytics around migration to a new solution. You will also work with Core Customer Teams (CX, Customer Success and Customer Ops) to align communication across channels and capitalize on opportunities to enhance value.Minimum Qualifications3 years + experience within B2B Marketing, Customer Marketing is preferred.Ability to leverage data and insights in the development of campaigns.Proven success working in collaboration with sales & implementation teams.Familiarity with knowledge management and customer education, success engaging early life customers.Benefits?
