We're looking for a Senior Marketing and Communications Specialist to take the lead in driving our marketing efforts and supporting our mission. This role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to make a real impact in our community and beyond.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Development & Writing: Craft compelling content that resonates with our audience and supports our brand’s voice.

Creative Expertise: Bring your creative skills to the table, such as graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite, photography, video production, or storyboarding. Proficiency in any of these areas is a plus.

Public Relations & Community Engagement: Build strong relationships within various market sectors, foster community engagement, and support referendum efforts.

Events QB: Be the quarterback for events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and achieves the desired impact.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

Marketing Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, monitor their performance across various channels, and manage the associated budgets.

CRM Database Administration: Oversee the management, cleaning, and entry of project and client data into our CRM system.

YOU'LL BE A PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

7-10+ Years of Experience: Preferably in a related role, with a proven track record of success.

Relationship-Building Skills: Connecting with people and building trust comes naturally to you.

A “Can-Do” Attitude: You’re resourceful, organized, and always willing to go the extra mile.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in marketing and communications with a strong emphasis on content creation, creative ideation, and campaign execution.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

A passion for building relationships and engaging with the community.

Experience in the construction industry or K-12 education is a plus.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (or similar design software) is a plus.
