Overview

We are looking for a motivated Graphic Designer who is responsible for workflow the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos for company advertisements and media. This position shapes the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions building, and compelling advertising. Also, this position will build our brand and grow our audience and convert them to returning customers. As the company's brand ambassador, the Graphic Designer will work with each department to coordinate marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. We are looking for a driven individual that is seeking to broaden their skills over time, with a growing company. We promote a team environment, so you'll work with fellow team members along with other departments throughout our company.

Responsibilities

Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately.Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.Examine existing processes, identifying flaws, and creating solutions to improve design capabilities.Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video.Create & refine meaningful/impactful content, including success stories, customer proposals, print material, email blasts, press releases or articles, news/company/product updates, direct mailings, and community involvement.Manage email marketing accounts.Manage relationships with media vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of content.

Qualifications

Associate's degree preferred.Two years in advertising, media, or graphic design preferred.Exceptional communication, organizational, time management, and creativity skills required.Must be able to think critically and multitask.Technical skills required; Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, advanced computer skills, email marketing software.
