Growth Marketing Manager

, you’ll be an integral piece of our growth team, supporting and running acquisition campaigns across multiple channels and partners, particularly in non-digital channels like TV and Audio. You’ll be responsible for optimizing particular pieces of our media mix to drive business results on both our ecommerce/DTC side and in brick and mortar retail.Responsibilities:Work closely with VP of Growth and other channel leads to develop, execute, analyze, and optimize Cirkul’s performance marketing approach across channels and medium.Own and manage agency and media buying relationships surrounding TV and other channels.Dig deep into analytics of advertising campaigns and make optimizations for efficiency and scale of overall program.Work in tandem with digital channel leads (paid social, paid search, Influencer, email, etc.) to maximize effectiveness acquisition marketing program.Design and implement frequent experiments across campaigns and channels.Collaborate with cross-channel marketing teams to contribute to Cirkul’s holistic media mix strategy.Serve as a thought leader within the greater marketing team for knowledge sharing of industry trends and best practices.Train and educate junior members of the team on growth marketing skills and strategies.Qualifications & Skills:3-4 years of performance marketing background with a deep understanding of and direct response tactics and strategies for consumer brands.Experience with media agency management.Familiarity with direct media buying on traditional channels is a plus.Ability to pull and analyze complex data using Excel and other analytics tools.Eager to test into new advertising channels.Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality, and media mix optimization.Experience with brands that have an online DTC presence and a retail presence is a plus.History of success with creative problem solving and staying nimble in ever-changing environments.Strong commitment to rapid experimentation and growth-hacking mindset.Familiarity with A/B testing best practices and tools like Google Optimize.Impeccable attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Solution-oriented mindset.Ability to be an individual contributor and a valuable team player.Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution.Familiarity with analytical platforms such as Google Analytics or Amplitude.Familiarity with BI tools and visualization.Bachelor's degree.The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Watertown, MA office.Cirkul, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
