We are looking for an experienced, self-starting Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to support our digital marketing evolution, focusing on key areas such as SEO, Amazon marketplace, and data analytics.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Be

Experienced in the direct selling industry and familiar with the relationship between the company and sales fieldProficient in digital marketing analytics tracking tools and strategiesComfortable with day-to-day digital marketing activities, as well as long-term strategySkilled in communication with team members, cross-department partners, and other internal and external stakeholdersStrategic, action-oriented, and decisive when it comes to assessing the needs of the customer and advocating for those needsAble to handle multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and changing needs without jeopardizing quality of executionThis position offers the option to work in a hybrid setting, allowing you to be either in Las Vegas or at the Utah office.

Key Areas Of Responsibility

Build and drive process improvements through continuous testing, automation and cross-functional alignmentUtilize strong analytical skills, particularly in GA4 and GTM, to evaluate customer experienceDevelop and track key business KPIs, identifying growth opportunities and improve efficiencyIdentify trends and insights, and optimize digital marketing activities based on those insightsLead the strategic development and execution of digital analytics, online conversion tracking, and performance measurement initiativesEstablish clear performance metrics by identifying key objectives and performance measuresRequirements / Preferred Skills

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 3-5 years of marketing and digital marketing experienceStrong analytical skills and proficiency with web analytics and campaign tracking platforms (e.g., GA4, GTM)Proven experience in Amazon account management, SEO, preferably in an e-commerce environmentPrevious work experience with Amazon Seller CentralDetail-oriented with strong project management abilitiesProficiency in conducting research and A/B testingCollaborative nature and ability to rapidly adapt to changing requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detailStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExperience in the Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) industry and/or international business experience preferredBenefits & Perks
