Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:Managing day-to-day marketing activities associated with products, including market and competitive analysis, development of sales collateral, and sales support.Defining and driving a clinical marketing and communications strategy that enables the markets to communicate differentiated value to our customers and execute its delivery with the sales team.Working closely with sales, business development, regulatory, and technical teams to assure the successful initiation and implementation of marketing programs.Serving as a product expert, supporting field selling efforts including product presentation, customer visits, and other field questions or opportunities that come up.Developing copy, design, and any appropriate artwork within company brand standards for media placement.Overseeing digital marketing programs to generate new customers such as content and website optimization and digital retargeting.Monitoring market trends and continuously making content recommendations to ensure competitive positioning.Comfortable engaging with a wide range of customers, such as Surgeons, Radiologists, Technologists, Key Opinion Leaders, and Administrators.Working with professional societies and advocacy groups to identify and select Key Opinion Leaders for thought leadership and awareness building.Providing support to marketing and sales by overseeing market and client information.Building market understanding and consumer knowledge to become a category expert. Collaborating with Sales for lead generation from Trade shows and media content. Attending and presenting at conventions and trade shows if needed.Travel: 20%.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree required.5 years professional experience in a marketing environment, within the healthcare industry, preferably with medical devices.Highly experienced in video editing/making including expertise in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and WordPress.Experience working with sales and product development teams preferred.Experience working with physicians/radiologists a plus. Startup Company and entrepreneurial experience is desired.
