Your new opportunity

We are seeking an innovative Technical Lead to drive the development and implementation of RAA’s Essential Communications. In this role, you will oversee the technical aspects of our Customer Communications Management (CCM) platform, Virsaic, acting as the Subject Matter Expert for document management and delivery. As an integral member of our team, you will lead with both technical expertise and a strong sense of team culture. Additionally, you will:

Develop and deliver high-quality CCM solutions to engage and empower RAA members and customers.

Understand RAA’s wider Information Systems (IS) strategy and systems and collaborate with the IS team on all technical aspects affecting Virsaic.

Represent Essential Communications in stakeholder meetings, planning sessions, and workshops regarding system releases/changes or projects; and report outcomes to the team.

About you

You are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high-performing culture. You’re passionate about helping our community (and members) and want to make a difference.

For this role, we’re also looking for:

Experience working in a technical environment using multiple systems is mandatory.

Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Communications, or IT (desired).

Coding ability and understanding of coding languages, similar to HTML, C#, and/or CSS.

Demonstrated high level of analytical skills and attention to detail.

Understanding of application and web development standards and methodologies.
