Please review the job information below.GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOBThe Enrollment Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing Enrollment projects to improve member experience. The Communications and Enrollment Analyst is responsible for reporting member feedback to continuously improve Health Plan services across all departments. The Communications and Enrollment Analyst is responsible for analyzing project and enrollment metrics and reporting to leadership for oversight.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Positions in these classes may perform any or all of the below listed duties. These should be interpreted as examples of the work and are not necessarily all-inclusive.Enrollment Analyst :

In this position, individuals perform the full range of assigned tasks under minimal supervision, while exercising discretion and independent judgement within established procedures. Examples of responsibilities include:Implement and execute Enrollment projects such as Texting program, email campaigns, surveys, and phone calls.Analyze member feedback and recommend changes/updates to Health Plan procedures.Carefully examine information provided by members and ask clarifying questions to customize the member experience.Leverage feedback for continuous improvement to the Health Plan onboarding process.Develop a deep understanding of member’s health objectives.Ensure members receive superior customer service.Collaborate with other departments to customize their onboarding experience.Training Responsibilities:Attends training as required by Driscoll Health System, HHSC contract requirements and URAC standards.Familiarizes oneself with tools and reference material available for use when responding to Member and Provider inquiries.Attends all training for staff upon new hire, annually and as required.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEAny combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying.Two-year degree or Associates Degree; minimum 5 years of related experience and/or training with High School Diploma; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.Advanced experience with health insurance and managed care principles.Experience with analyzing metrics and summarizing data.About Us
