Role

We're looking for a Marketing Manager with an exceptional track record of demand generation to join the Level Data Marketing team. The right candidate will be a creative and passionate marketer, excited to design and execute engaging, omni-channel campaigns that deliver high-quality leads to the sales organization through all levels of the marketing funnel. This role reports to the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to define content goals, target audience personas, and key messaging that aligns with our brand identity and business objectives. Develop a holistic content strategy that supports sales and lead generation efforts.Content Creation: Create a wide range of content types, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos, and more. Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and engaging content that reflects the startup's brand identity and value proposition.Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs, gather insights, and develop content that supports the sales process. Provide sales enablement materials and tools that drive lead conversion.Marketing Strategy: Contribute to the overall marketing strategy by aligning content, branding, and sales collaboration initiatives with broader marketing goals. Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitors.Lead Generation Strategy: Work with product and sales on content strategy to drive lead generation efforts, including creating gated assets such as ebooks, webinars, and case studies. Optimize content distribution to attract and convert qualified leads from K-12 schools.Content Calendar Management: Create and manage a comprehensive content calendar that includes blog posts, social media updates, press releases, and other content.Reports to:

Minimum Requirements

EducationDiploma in Mechanical Design Technology or similar.Experience5 years or more of related experience in the design of material handling projects in the mining industry with emphasis on conveyors, crushers, and feeders.Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsAutoCAD is required; Advance Steel and Smart Plant are considered an advantage.Expertise, Knowledge & SkillsAbility to handle changeAuto-initiatorWork with minimal supervisionSelf-criticism of one's own workKnowing Spanish would be a benefit.Supporting a Diverse and Inclusive Workforce
