Havertys Furniture is looking for a creative and highly motivated Production Artist to join our Havertys team in Atlanta, GA! This position works closely with our Creative Director and Senior Graphic Designer as support on various projects and assignments.
The Production Artist role is perfect for you if you have a sharp eye for detail and an obsession with consistency across all platforms; your passion for kerning and typography are unrivaled; your skills in design and composition inspire you to excel in the world of production; you hold yourself to a high standard of efficiency and accuracy; you value an organized file system; you think managing multiple projects is a breeze; you have a collaborative, team-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills; you’re not afraid to speak up when you need support.Key Responsibilities:
Consistently demonstrate design capability with an eye for detail and executionWork closely with the creative team to support on creating a variety of digital collateralCreating digital content, including static, animated & video bannersCreating multiple versions and sizes of assets for different platforms, based on a design template, while ensuring consistency across all brand assetsKeeping up to date on and adhering to digital best practices across different platformsExporting final deliverables based on requested formatsCreating & editing social media contentCreating Content Fragments for Havertys.comManaging & filing & tagging product photographyJob Requirements
You Must Have:2- or 4-year Graphic Design degree1-2+ years' experience in a graphic design / production roleMust be proficient in Adobe CS (InDesign, Photoshop, Premier, Adobe Express, etc)Must have Photoshop animation skillsExperience with Adobe Experience Manager preferredStrong typography skillsCreative problem-solving skills with an enthusiastic, “can do” attitude.Exceptional attention to detail, organization & time management skillsAbility to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standardsCapable of following instruction and taking constructive design feedbackPossess a strong work ethic, a self-starter and a team playerWe Value:Attention to DetailDesign ExcellenceEfficiency and AccuracyOrganizationCommunicationWe Offer:Comprehensive coverage including medical, dental, and vision.401k retirement savings plan.Generous paid time off and holiday pay.Additional Information:Market: Atlanta, GALocation: 780 Johnson Ferry Road NW, Atlanta, GA 30342Schedule: Full TimeDisclaimer
