Job Overview:
As an Area Field Marketing Coordinator (AFMC), you will work strategically with our Area Leaders, Managers, and local Sport Clips locations to establish local marketing opportunities and coordinate marketing efforts. Your expertise will help drive the growth and success of each store.
Scope:
In this role, you will build local partnerships, coordinate events, and distribute marketing materials within your communities. You will collaborate with Area Leaders to create unique marketing plans and train teams on local marketing strategies, which are critical for store growth. You will also manage the store’s online brand reputation by monitoring client reviews and developing strategies to address them. Trade areas for this role include Las Vegas, NV, Austin, TX, Oklahoma City and Tulsa, OK, Little Rock, and northwest AR.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Market the stores locally by distributing marketing materials, establishing partnerships, and coordinating events.
Enhance client loyalty through local marketing initiatives.
Train Sport Clips locations on local marketing strategies and provide necessary tools and resources.
Work closely with stores that request marketing assistance to develop strategies that increase client count.
Build quarterly marketing plans for each location in your areas.
Maintain consistent communication with Team Leaders regarding marketing needs and brand compliance.
Organize quarterly marketing training courses to educate on local marketing and digital tactics.
Prepare weekly reports on digital marketing and local store tracking.
Support national campaigns with coordinated activities in stores and on social platforms.
Key Criteria/Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent business experience
2+ years of experience in field marketing, trade show, or event marketing
Strong communication skills
Proficient in social media and current trends
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions
Knowledge of sales and marketing functions
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Extensive travel within trade areas (60-75%)
