Our global technology client is looking for a

Content Media Coordinator.

This position is hybrid in Charleston, SC. Please only apply if you are able to commute into the office 3x a week.Job Responsibilities:Perform visual inspection of printed books and technical review of files, identify root cause of errors, and recognize trends and areas for improvement to the file ingestion experience.Own and prioritize daily work allocation based on business needs to meet SLA and communicate risks proactively.Work effectively in an ambiguous work environment and communicate with team members and leadership regularly.Support internal stakeholders by researching, driving solutions and providing technical answers or solutions in non-technical terms to customer inquiries.Innovate and drive improvement to the customer experience.Build effective relationships with other departments and divisions of the company.Consistently deliver results on improvement projects.Gain SME in technical areas owned by the team and maintain resources and documentation for all areas of responsibility.Maintain, deliver and evaluate metrics to facilitate product and process improvements.Meet business metrics and contact goals – SLA, AHT, accuracy (quality).Key Responsibilities:Manage book file creation and submission specifications, provide guidance and consults to internal teams related to potential file issues, author-facing file-creation issues, and more.Troubleshoot file-related manufacturing issues using internal software and tools.Troubleshoot other file-related questions related to ingestion, manufacturing, file specifications.Qualifications:BA/BS (preferably in a graphics-related field), or an associates degree with a minimum of 3 years graphics-related work experience.Available to work evenings and weekends as needed.Experience with hands-on print experience or graphics degree.Demonstrated ability to work independently to complete projects within a given deadline.Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator.Strong analytical skills that can be used to identify patterns, outliers, and opportunities.Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Attention to detail and quality control.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $20.61 to $22.90 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
