SaaS Performance Marketing Account Manager

This position can be hybrid at one of our offices (Raleigh, NC or Costa Mesa, CA) or fully remote.AWWW SNAPPPP!!Did we just get your attention?! Well shoot, we're gonna do our best to not waste your time.We're looking for an amazing individual like you who loves growth, challenges, and having a TON of fun while working.Here's what you'll be doing:You'll be in charge of client relationships, helping educate clients to achieve their goals.You'll be working specifically with SaaS clients.You'll be responsible for weekly reporting, scheduled calls, quarterly business reviews, and clear communication with your team members.You’ll be working with a team of strategists to produce quick and quality results for our clients by using clear communication about goals, feedback, and deadlines.You’ll analyze performance data and provide appropriate action plans based on data-driven conclusions.You'll continue to grow your knowledge in all aspects of marketing through our internal academy team.Your First 3 Months:The first week will be onboarding; getting to know our team and culture, learning about all of the platforms we use and introducing you to team members.The next few weeks you’ll be going through our Academy and learning our marketing strategies.Month 2 and 3 you will continue to go through our Academy while starting to work directly with clients.RequirementsYou have great soft skills - fun, likable, and detail-oriented.You have at least 3 years of managing SaaS performance marketing efforts in-house or in an agency setting.You have managed budgets more than $30k.You can lead and assist with strategy and execution for multiple clients.You have experience in paid ads platforms (including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, etc).You have experience or are familiar with SEO, CRO, and Email Marketing.You're a team player who can work with a team to troubleshoot marketing tactics and strategies.You want to learn and grow.You're amazed and fascinated with marketing.BenefitsFull Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, Life) starting on the 1st of the month following your start date.Options to add on FSA dependent care, FSA Medical Care, Accident, and other Life insurances.401K match - up to 5%.Unlimited PTO.Work-From-Home / Hybrid Options.Wellness Stipend ($100 reimbursed for a wellness benefit: gym membership, chiropractor, therapy, etc.).Lunch Covered on Fridays.Stocked fridges and pantries at the offices.Milestone Celebrations.Quarterly Team Bonding.Conference/Education Allowance - Up to $1,000 a year.Here's what we promise you:We have a lot of fun.
