Our law office is growing and we need the right legal marketing assistant to help us promote our brand to the community. You’ll be responsible for developing key strategic marketing campaigns, both online and offline, that positively reflect our exceptional legal services. Some experience in the legal industry is a plus, but not necessary for this role. The successful applicants will have the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines and bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the team. Produce a marketing plan that effectively advertises our legal firm.Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, social media mailing lists, SEO, and data analytics to keep content current.Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities based on the trends in the latest market research.Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the firm's services and increase brand visibility.Create engaging and persuasive marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, social media content, and email campaigns.Manage and maintain the company's website, social media accounts, and online presence.Assist with event planning and coordination, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and networking events.Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.Qualifications:

4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field required.Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms - basic graphic design skills are also desired.Preference for candidates with a background in legal or with a desire to build a career in the legal industry.1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related role, preferably in a professional services environment.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials and presentations.Proven ability to sell and promote the firm's services through various marketing channels, including social media, email, and events.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software tools, such as CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving goals and meeting deadlines.Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Compensation:

$45,000 - $55,000
