Legal Marketing Assistant

As a Marketing Assistant at Martine Law, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and attract new clients. You will work closely with our marketing team to create compelling content, manage social media platforms, and analyze marketing performance. Some travel statewide is required. Fluency in Spanish is a must.Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop engaging content for our website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.Social Media Management:

Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.Campaign Support:

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.Market Research:

Conduct research to identify new marketing opportunities and trends.Performance Analysis:

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using analytics tools.Collaboration:

Work with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.Travel:

Occasional travel statewide to speak to potential businesses and new customers.Qualifications:

Lives in Minnesota.Fluent in Spanish is a must.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.Compensation:

$18 - $22 hourly
