We strive to increase employee engagement, pride, and a sense of shared purpose through multi-faceted internal communications programs that inform, engage, and inspire Sensors employees around the world in all functions and levels within the organization.About the roleThe TE Sensors Internal Communications (IC) Professional will be responsible for all IC programs and touchpoints to engage the global Sensors employee population and optimize the employee experience.The key focus of this position will be to work closely with the Business Unit (BU) leadership team to build engagement and a culture of empowerment and innovation amongst our BU’s 4,500 employees.The ideal candidate must be an expert at communicating in written, oral, and digital forms, self-directed and able to execute a high volume of projects that support a variety of global stakeholders. They must excel at message development, storytelling, and writing with a style that captures the author’s voice and intent, and the audience’s attention.The successful candidate thrives in engaging employee populations, relationship building, engagement programs, individual accountability, freedom to be innovative, and on-camera meeting interactions. The candidate is creative, has a passion for flawless execution, and is adept at juggling competing priorities. He or she will have demonstrated success managing and subsequently improving employee communications in multi-national, matrixed environments with both online and offline employees.Strong attention to detail, along with strong writing, editing, project management, and presentation skills are essential. The candidate should have strong knowledge in all aspects of corporate internal communications, understanding the innate interconnectivity of internal organizational communications, executive communications, crisis communications, and internal virtual and in-person events.ResponsibilitiesIn alignment with Segment Communications and Business Unit Marketing leadership, maintain and deliver internal communications plans, programs, and materials to support business priorities, inspire employee engagement, and drive company culture for both online and offline employeesManage ongoing executive communications for the Business Unit leader with a consistent and planned cadence, ensuring employees are informed, engaged and inspiredOwn the creation and delivery of quarterly BU communications programs including quarterly webcasts, town hall presentations, key talking points, and leadership messagesLiaise with SMEs for program content, and internal and external design teams for support as neededWhat your background should look like:

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $88,000 – 130,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
