Below is a brief overview of these programs (programs may vary by country or worker type):Health InsuranceDental InsuranceLife and Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending and Health Savings AccountsEmployee Assistance ProgramRetirement PlanPaid Time OffTuition ReimbursementHolman is currently accepting applications for the position of Manager- Creative Marketing.Principal Purpose of Position:Lead content marketing efforts and support strategy furthering Holman's strategic initiatives particularly in sales, lead development, brand building and thought leadership.Liaise with all Holman divisions for development of marketing content.Work with Holman divisions and Marketing team to develop and produce marketing and sales collateral, which may involve research, writing, and editing. Collateral may include sales brochures, case studies, publications, presentations, website content, newsletters, etc.Manage and partner with outside vendors and other external vendors as appropriate.Create email messaging for Marketing automation platform and website.Partner with Digital team to distribute client email messages, invitations, surveys, etc.Partner with creative agency to create video content as needed.Provide the Digital team with content for social media postings and campaigns.Initiate and ensure delivery of media, advertising and marketing inquiries by trade publications.Oversee the company’s website, including writing or editing copy and coordination with vendors.Oversee the company’s brand and brand identity in the market, including development of branded content.Lead all Content marketing personnel including hiring and performance management as appropriate.Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.Relevant Work Experience:Experience in working in our branch (automotive industry, fleet management) would be desirable but not required.7-10 years marketing, PR, or agency experience specializing in researching, writing and editing in a business environment preferably a business-to-business environment.Graphic design experience desirable.Social networking experience in a business environment desirable.Experience in content creation desirable.Education and/or Training:University degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field required.Holman is a global automotive leader that serves both commercial and consumer clients by always doing the right thing for our people, our customers, and the community since 1924.
