Description
Bollinger Motors is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced marketing professional to join our growing team as an Assistant Marketing Manager. The right candidate will be an energetic, detail-oriented team player who marries tactical excellence with strategic marketing understanding. This person will be responsible for the planning and executional logistics of our growing shows and events presence, as well as internal marketing support. This is a full-time, in-person role at the company’s Oak Park, MI headquarters, reporting to the Director of Marketing.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Planning and optimizing a season of 10+ events of various scopes to maximize presence and KPIs including managing budget and show rationalization, along with coordination to Sales team objectives.Managing our events activation partner(s) (both suppliers and partner organizations) to ensure success.Responsible for integration of events activities with all marketing channels.Manage the overall strategy and execution of event support properties, including collateral.Work with leadership and HR to manage and execute internal marketing initiatives to increase employee morale and engagement.Provide as-needed general support of marketing initiatives.Work with sales and engineering departments on timing, planning, and scheduling for events and all related collateral marketing needs in a timely manner. Marketing’s main role is to support sales and engineering.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher.Minimum 5 years' experience in events, marketing, or advertising support/execution.Experience managing a team of both internal and external constituents overseeing projects effectively in a fast-paced environment with high-importance deadlines.Detail-oriented, able to manage activities in a sometimes-ambiguous environment, and deliver solutions aimed at driving end results/KPIs.Experience with Microsoft suite and project management software preferred.At Bollinger Motors, Inc., we celebrate the unique differences of our employees and recognize a diverse and inclusive workforce drives curiosity, innovation, and ultimately the success of our business.
