is looking for a dedicated professional to assist our customers with all of their service needs as an

Automotive Service Advisor .

The ideal candidate should be able to confidently communicate to our customers the value of maintaining their vehicle for optimal performance and have a proven track record with high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities of an Automotive Service Advisor:

Selling service labor and products

Generating estimates

Conducting post-repair follow-up

Resolving customer issues

Scheduling appointments

Providing superior customer service

Requirements of an Automotive Service Advisor:

General Motors experience a plus

Previous auto dealership experience a plus

Dealertrack experience is a plus

Strong selling skills

Strong customer service skills with proven CSI

Superior communication and customer service skills

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
