We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who loves to ideate and design engaging, customer-facing features. Our environment is ideal for a Product Designer who is highly collaborative, highly iterative, and enjoys releasing new features that go live very quickly. This is an opportunity to be one of the first members of a small design team and own the designs of a significant product area - our Subscriber product. This means you will have substantial autonomy and impact across the product, brand, and the core business. You will be constantly thinking of different ways we can give our users a better experience by making their experience engaging.The problems you will solve

Lead the design of user experiences for DubClub's subscriber interface across our web and mobile platforms, ensuring it is intuitive, engaging, and delightful.Provide design thinking and leadership to develop the right product strategy.With your squad, tackle problems, shape the roadmap, and develop solutions based on user needs and business goals to create product features our users value.Take ownership of your work, iterating on ideas through feedback loops and take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way.Be extremely hands-on. Rapidly produce multiple prototypes and know how and when to build and combine flows, user stories, sketches, wireframes, add to the design system, and delivery high-fidelity, picture-perfect specs.Help shape our product thinking and advocate for our subscribers.What makes a great candidate

5+ years of experience working at a product-focused tech company designing product experiences for customers.Demonstrated ability to design customer products from end-to-end with interface and experience in mind.Strong ability to speak to design decisions from past work and/or portfolio.Cross-discipline background or interest in visual/interaction design, UX/UI, branding & identity, typography, etc.Expert proficiency in Figma.Nice to Have:Experience in the sports content industry or a strong interest in sports.Familiarity with subscription-based or two-sided marketplace business model.Knowledge of front-end development technologies and their impact on design.Ideally based in the San Francisco Bay Area (or willing to relocate).
