Stinson LLP has an immediate opening for an attorney with at least two years of experience to join the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights team in our Minneapolis, Minnesota office.Qualifications:
Active Minnesota licensure or the ability to waive in to practice in Minnesota is required. At least two years of experience in bankruptcy, secured creditor remedies, or equipment lease financing is preferred. This is not a partner track position and thus offers standard working hours (40 hours a week with little, if any, weekend work required) and predictable work assignments.
