Stinson LLP seeks a highly motivated associate with at least three years' experience to join our Denver, Colorado office. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.Qualified candidates will have a strong and sincere interest in creditors' rights and commercial litigation practice and possess the ability to handle sophisticated creditors' rights work and commercial litigation at a national level.Qualifications Required:

Active Colorado licensure or the ability to waive in to practice in Colorado is required. Three or more years of bankruptcy/creditors' rights and commercial litigation experience or relevant experience is preferred.
