We are looking for a Product Leader who will shape strategies, set the vision and roadmap for our Brand advertising products and build a high-performing product management team.Responsibilities

Set the vision and develop the roadmap for world-class advertising products that leverage and enhance the unique features of TikTok.Build a high-performing product management team fine-tuned for achieving hypergrowth without sacrificing your team's work-life balance.Mentor and grow individual Product Managers.In collaboration with cross-functional teams, shape the strategies and support initiatives/practices that help the company meet its broader market goals.Build a culture that you will be proud of.Collaborate closely with the User Product team, engineering team and other cross-functional teams to drive systemic improvements that grow the company as a whole.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above.8+ years experience in product management with 4+ years experience in people management, having launched multiple products from scratch.You are: Highly analytical, laser-focused on the needs of the user, able to define product roadmap despite ambiguity and uncertainty, and data-oriented but will not freeze if little data is available - you will make a decision.Experience attracting, motivating, and developing team members.Experience growing strengths and shoring up weaknesses in team members.Outstanding interpersonal skills communicating both in person and in writing, public presentation experience a plus.Preferred Qualifications
