Reporting directly to the President, this role will be a strategic thinker with proven leadership experience. Accountable for delivering measurable results that achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets, this position will be capable of contributing meaningful insight to the sales and marketing functions and play an integral role in the overall development of the organization.Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and knowledge of our overall value propositions for promoting and selling Precision Brand products.Develop and oversee the pricing strategy and process to ensure alignment with the company strategy.Provide input and actively assist engineering, manufacturing, and upper management with the innovation of commercially viable products designed to meet our customers' needs.Work with the Outside Sales team to drive the voice of the customer process to ensure that we meet our key customers’ needs.Design, implement, and manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting.Assist in developing and executing the overall company’s strategic plan.Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market conditions, trends, and industry forecasts to ensure Precision Brand’s competitive advantage.Develop strong relationships with key customer accounts and formulate strategies for expanding into international markets.Develop effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to ensure the best outcomes for Precision Brand.Develop annual sales and marketing budgets and periodic sales forecasts for revenue and expenses.Key measured activities include sales, profitability, and market share growth.Manage product portfolio ensuring products are delivering against revenue and margin targets.Lead innovation pipeline development and drive 3-5 year innovation calendar development to include annual launch plan and execution.Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across a range of channels, including digital, social media, PR, events, and advertising.Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales, profitability, market share growth and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns.Represent the company in all key accounts contract negotiations, including standard position bidding, long-term agreements, and raw material agreements.Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts our target audience.Required Qualifications, Skills/Competencies:

Proven track record and ability to grow and develop the business.BA/BS in business, management, or a technical discipline desirable. MBA preferred.A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience at Senior or Director level.Minimum ten years in a sales management role in the Industrial supplies industry preferred.Strong leadership skills, leading change, mentoring, and motivating individuals.Excellent communication skills at all levels – verbal, written, and presentation.Direct experience in strategizing and negotiating complex contracts.Extensive knowledge of latest digital marketing trends and best practices in the industry.Strong analytical skills with knowledge of key performance indicators and how to measure and improve them.Ability to meet deadlines, sales budgets, and financial objectives.Ability to operate at both a strategic/conceptual level and a detailed operational level.Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and sound judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.Willingness to travel: 2-3 days per week.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant marketing software and tools.Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
