This role supports the Senior Manager, Regional Marketing in insight gathering, strategic planning, and program management to meet regional goals for the Prepaid business. It involves research, analytics, and alignment of marketing efforts between Marketing & Sales to drive profitable results. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about macro and micro marketing tactics and enjoy cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced industry. The position supports operations in the Central East & Central West Regions, based in Downers Grove, IL RBO II, with a hybrid work environment (three days in-office, travel time counts). Job Responsibilities
Serve as a regional brand advocate, with travel as needed. Support the Prepaid Authorized Retailer Coop program and key partnerships. Act as the point-of-contact for cross-functional teams including Regional Sales Leadership and corporate teams (advertising, web, PR, sponsorships, events, social). Prepare leadership reports on marketing efforts. Conduct research and analysis on market insights to influence media buying and marketing strategies. Use dashboards to identify opportunities and evaluate program effectiveness. Apply data such as demographics, advertising metrics, and industry trends to inform plans. Develop hyper-local marketing strategies, including support for new store openings. Perform other duties/projects as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (Required) Master's or advanced degree (Preferred) 7-10 years marketing experience, preferably in B2C technology markets, with successful field marketing implementation. Deep understanding of demand generation channels (segment marketing, experiential marketing, events, social media, display advertising). Excellent communication skills. Strong grasp of consumer insights, qualitative and quantitative data interpretation. Skills & Abilities

At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Travel
25-30% travel required. Compensation & Benefits
Base pay range: $82,300 - $148,500. Includes bonus, stock options, and comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, and more. Location
