Drive Strategic Planning: You'll play an essential role developing customer calendars and strategic go-to-market plans. Collaborating with global teams in communication, marketing, pricing, and product, you'll craft comprehensive strategies that align with our objectives.Balance Messaging and Promotion: You'll be tasked with finding the right equilibrium between messaging and promotional strategies. Your goal is to create effective marketing campaigns and offers that closely align with our strategic and business goals.Seek Continuous Improvement: Innovation is a key driver. You'll focus on evolving our go-to-market strategies, with a particular emphasis on use-case and product-category perspectives. This involves exploring new growth opportunities and adapting to changing market dynamics.Collaborate with Marketing Channels and Creatives: Close collaboration with various channel teams (Email, Site, Display, Search, Social, etc.) and creative partners is essential. Together, you'll bring integrated marketing campaigns to fruition, translating ideas into practical executions.Build Cross-Functional Relationships: Building solid relationships across the organization is a core aspect of your role. You'll work closely with teams such as marketing, brand strategy, channel marketing, creative, and product and pricing groups to achieve our objectives.Your Qualifications:

Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field lays a solid foundation for this role, but we also value diverse educational backgrounds that bring unique perspectives.Marketing Experience: You should have a minimum of 1 year of marketing experience, which includes hands-on involvement in managing marketing campaigns.
