Role Overview:

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling and relevant content across various platforms that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging, and informative content, including articles, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics, etc.Collaborate with subject matter experts, marketing team members, and external partners to gather information and insights for content creation.Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and follows best practices for online readability and engagement.Analyze content performance using relevant metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve content effectiveness.Manage and mentor junior content team members, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content marketing techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (Master's preferred).1 year of experience in content marketing, with a focus on creating engaging and high-performing content.Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt style and tone for different platforms and audiences.Proficiency in SEO and content optimization best practices.Demonstrated experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure and report on content performance using relevant KPIs.Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Proven ability to collaborate across teams and effectively communicate ideas.
