We’re hiring for a dynamic marketing coordinator to bring our brand to the next level. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll assist the marketing manager with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media. Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiriesManage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevantReport out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimizationSupport our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategiesCreate marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brandDevelop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

Collaborate with the management team to define marketing goals and objectivesConduct market research to identify target demographics, industry trends, and competitors' activitiesDevelop comprehensive marketing plans, including digital and traditional advertising, promotional campaigns, events, networking, and prospectingBrand Management:

Maintain a strong brand presence in the roofing industry, focusing on multi-family projectsEnsure brand consistency across all marketing collateral, including website content, social media platforms, brochures, and presentationsMonitor and manage online reputation and customer reviews, responding promptly to feedback or inquiriesDigital Marketing:

Manage the company's digital marketing efforts, including website content updates, SEO optimization, email marketing campaigns, and social media channelsDevelop engaging and relevant content for blog posts, articles, newsletters, and social media platformsCurate and create content including short/long-form posts, images and videos (creative captions, editing, storytelling, etc.)Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvementCollateral Development:

Create and maintain marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and proposal templatesCollaborate with designers and content creators to ensure high-quality visuals and compelling messaging for use at trade shows/networking eventsLead Generation and Conversion:

Implement lead generation strategies to identify and cultivate potential clients for multi-family roofing projectsDevelop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflowsAssist the sales team in tracking leads, analyzing conversion rates, and optimizing the sales funnelEvent Coordination:

Plan and coordinate industry events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility and generate leadsManage logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event follow-upRelationship Building:

Cultivate relationships with property managers, contractors, and industry professionals to generate referrals and build strategic partnershipsAttend networking events and industry conferences to stay updated on market trends and forge connectionsQualifications:

2 or more years of experience in an ad agency environment or related environmentShould be an experienced communicator with solid project management skillsCandidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field requiredStrong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platformsThe person most likely to succeed in this position will possess:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role, preferably in the construction or roofing industryStrong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and analyticsProficiency in graphic design software and content management systems is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when requiredCompensation:

$40,000 - $45,000
