Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with a user-centric mindset, a passion for technology, and a drive to make an immediate impact. This role is integral to our Stax technology team, focusing on innovating our product offerings. As a practical and creative problem solver, you'll be passionate about product development. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product marketing, product managers, and developers, ensuring the customer's voice is echoed in all our products.

Key Responsibilities & Objectives

Lead the design of new features and improvements across our product range.Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify user needs and craft innovative design solutions.Provide clear and functional design decisions to assist developers during product development.Collaborate with the QA team to ensure user acceptance testing is thorough and effective.Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts.Develop and refine wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in product design, evidenced by a comprehensive portfolio showcasing diverse projects (web, mobile, etc.).Proven track record of working on data-centric products and leading multiple significant launches.Industry experience in payments is highly advantageous.Exceptional communication skills for effective teamwork and client interaction.Solution-oriented mindset with strategic and creative thinking in decision-making.Coachable, receptive to feedback, yet bold in challenging conventional thinking.Alignment with our culture: upbeat, ambitious, honest, charismatic, articulate, autonomous, proactive, positive, innovative, with a relentless drive for success (and a love for snacks).
