SCOPE OF ROLE:

The Marketing Specialist will support the Marketing Manager to plan, coordinate, implement, and oversee integrated marketing activities for specified division. Develop and execute deliverables for use in deploying global strategic integrated marketing activities that build brand awareness, generate leads, accelerate pipeline opportunities, and generate revenue.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with the Division Marketing teams to develop strategic marketing plans that position Regal Rexnord as a leading provider of industrial solutions across key industries.Deploy a cross-functional approach to marketing by collaborating with the Division to achieve integrated marketing goals and promote the total Regal Rexnord solutions offering.Take responsibility for designated tasks related to the planning, creation, execution, and results of marketing campaigns with the intent of creating and nurturing leads, acquiring customers, and obtaining revenue, in alignment with vertical marketing strategic goals.Gather reporting on the results of campaign metrics aligned with awareness, engagement, conversion, and purchase objectives. Suggest data-driven improvements where necessary.Coordinate content creation that is high in quality, ensures brand identity and adheres to value propositions and aligns with the buyer’s journey.Support and manage execution of communication internally and externally related to customer activities.Responsible for ensuring proper brand identity on projects (internal/external).Develop and grow personal knowledge and expertise in target vertical markets and related products to optimize marketing campaigns.Deploy and manage marketing activities that attract intended audiences to our content (such as blog posts, whitepapers, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).Collaborate cross-functionally across the company to align, develop, and implement long and short-term initiatives.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience and Skills Required:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication.1-3 years of experience in marketing programs and/or marketing campaigns.Ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time and adhering to completion target dates and budget goals.Understand current marketing trends.Self-starter, desire to learn and contribute.Ability to communicate across all leadership levels of the organization.Skilled in writing and editing content with strong attention to detail.Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.Experience and Skills a Plus:

Experience developing and deploying B2B marketing campaigns.Experience with SEO and SEM tactics and Google Analytics a must.Experience with Salesforce Pardot is desired.Core Competencies:
