We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer at MBK Senior Living based at our home in Irvine, CA!Hybrid Schedule, two days remote and three days in the office.Annual salary ranges from $72,800 - 83,200Apply today!Key Responsibilities:

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including communicating design concepts with clear reasoning behind proposed solutions to internal and external professionals at all levels.Collaboration:

Work closely and cross-functionally with the Home Office Marketing team to develop materials for print and digital.Deadline Adherence:

Manage your workflow effectively, meet project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of design assets using our internal project management system.Creative Input:

Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions as necessary to elevate the overall quality of design projects.Feedback Incorporation:

Actively incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and iterate designs and ensure alignment with project goals.Quality Control:

Conduct thorough reviews of your own work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project objectives.Brand Consistency:

Ensure all designs adhere to our brand guidelines for each client and maintain a consistent visual look and feel across all touch points.Design Development:

Produce high-quality, engaging marketing campaign assets for various mediums, including but not limited to social media graphics, emails, brochures, collateral and signage.Create logos, branding and guidelines and be able to scale design concepts across various types of marketing materials.Create eye-catching email templates that cater to a B2C audience.Create landing pages.Video editing capabilities.Required Experience and Skills Include:

5+ years working in design.B2B graphic design experience is a must.Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or any other art-related degree.A strong portfolio showcasing work in print and digital design.Expert proficiency with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma, etc.Strong understanding of email design principles, ad creative guidelines, and social media platform specifications.Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.Openness to feedback and willingness to iterate on designs.Knowledge of current design trends and industry best practices.Experience managing multiple projects and priorities at one time.Inspiring people, creating experiences, and supporting goals are just a few ways MBK Senior Living creates a positive work environment.
