Essential Job FunctionsDevelop and manage digital marketing campaigns that achieve increased engagement, lead generation, acquisition and retention (CX).Work with stakeholders to identify target audiences to maintain a high level of personalization.Provide executive-level reporting metrics of campaign status and performance.Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and make recommendations for new campaigns.Manage assets in Salesforce Marketing Cloud used to develop content for the Bank and its divisions.Work closely with the Design and Video Production teams to coordinate high quality graphics, animation, and video to leverage in various campaigns.Work with the Social Media Associate to execute social media campaigns.Work with the UX designer to produce wireframes and execute journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Work closely with the Director of Marketing & Customer Experience, the Head of Corporate Communications, and other sales stakeholders to identify and prioritize campaigns.Work with communications teams and other content vendors to curate engaging content to use within various campaigns and channels.Write, proofread, and edit creative copy.Develop and manage a periodic customer-facing newsletter for the Bank and its divisions.Develop and manage sales-sheets for the Bank and its divisions.Optimize existing SEO/SEM structure to enhance campaign performance.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in a related field and 6-7 years of equivalent work experience, or 10+ years of proven experience.Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related modules (Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio).Proven track record within digital lead generation, customer acquisition and retention.Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.Proven success within marketing campaign strategy, execution and management.Strong marketing campaign analysis and reporting experience.Ability to learn and have a general understanding of the products and services offered by the Bank and its divisions.Ability to facilitate a strong team dynamic coupled with excellent project management skills.Ability to think strategically, tactically, and creatively.Strong attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Possess a desire for interaction with various teams and sales stakeholders across the Bank and its divisions.Ability to learn and have a general understanding of banking compliance laws and regulations.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.Physical Demands/RequirementsThe physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
